The Youth Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment (YASCON) has strengthened its conservation efforts at grassroot levels as it continues to welcome more dedicated young people to the movement.
This follows the cordial working relationship that has been established between the organization and members of 11 youth clubs in the area of Traditional Authority Jenala in Phalombe District.
Representing the youth club members were the top leadership from all concerned youth clubs who in agreement with Yascon's Dalitso Mathiya, Area Conservation Coordinator responsible for T/A Jenala said the partnership will enable both parties to work closely in among others planting trees and ensuring they are well protected.
